By using ListCraft AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

ListCraft AI uses artificial intelligence to generate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, tags, and keywords based on images and text you provide. The output is intended as a starting point to help create Etsy listings.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the images and descriptions you upload.
• You must only use images and content that you own or have the legal right to use.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it on Etsy or elsewhere.
• You must ensure that any listings you create comply with Etsy's policies and all applicable laws.

3. No Warranty & Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the generated content will be accurate, complete, suitable for your products, or free from errors or intellectual property issues.

ListCraft AI and its creators are not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, legal issues, or disputes arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any generated content. This includes (but is not limited to) issues with copyright infringement, trademark violations, product misrepresentation, sales performance, or Etsy account actions.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original content you upload. However, AI-generated outputs are provided without any guarantee regarding originality or ownership. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the rights to use any content you publish.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListCraft AI, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ListCraft AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or any content you create using it.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your Stripe account or the Service. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
